Course-access instructions and your workshop joining link will be available in your Guide School library after registration.

Cancellation & transfers

You may cancel for a full refund up to seven days before your scheduled Lab, provided you haven’t activated the included From Teacher to Guide course.

If you’ve already activated the course or are canceling less than seven days before the Lab, you may transfer your live workshop seat once to a future Lab, subject to availability. Please request your transfer before your scheduled session begins.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, but retain access to the included course.

If Guide School cancels your session, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
